Do you want to make a difference to the lives of our customers? Will you share our passion to deliver excellence in our communities? If so, we are looking for a Visiting Officer that will help a range of people in difficult situations.
As a Visiting Officer in our busy Housing Options Homelessness Team you will need to be upbeat and positive and be an excellent problem solver. It is not your usual nine-to-five office job as you will be working at a range of locations across the city and making home visits to people who really need our help and support. The role will be challenging and no doubt difficult at times, but it will also be incredibly rewarding knowing that each day you can make a real difference to someone’s life.
You need to be committed to providing excellent customer service and you must be able to value and respect people with different life experiences and backgrounds whether they are people you work for or those you work with.
