We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Customer Feedback Manager to lead on the development of our feedback strategy, promoting the work of Wolverhampton Homes and ensuring that we listen and respond effectively to the voice of our customers. Managing a small team to provide an effective operational complaints service, you will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation, customers and partners to identify opportunities for improvements and learning from the feedback we receive.

You will work closely with a number of internal teams to ensure we are providing a range of feedback mechanisms to meet the needs of our diverse communities – from social media channels and customer surveys to formal customer consultations and more! You’ll champion the customer voice across Wolverhampton Homes, bringing fresh ideas and driving initiatives around tenant-led scrutiny across a range of services to help us deliver a great customer experience, with a right first time approach.

We are looking for someone with experience of effectively making the customer voice heard by managing and learning from feedback, with the passion to deliver the best outcomes for our customers. A background in social housing is not essential, although knowledge of a regulated industry would be useful, and experience of working to deadlines and managing competing priorities is essential.
